The ticket issue is supposed to be resolved with the tickets on the way here. The manager of the group gave me a tracking # on Friday. I checked all weekend (on FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL) and it kept coming up invalid! So I called Monday morning after the 6am feeding back to DC, the individual who tried to help changed the first entry from "L" to "I" .... still didn't work. He had to go do research and call me back. It's a "1" not an "I" nor a "L".
It's in Oakland and will be here at anytime.
You'd think that even government workers would have to know their alphabet from their numbers.
